Having achieved his Bachelor's Degree in International Business from Babson College in Massachusetts. James proceeded to work for Kiewit Construction on the Queens Borough Bridge and Queens Tunnel projects after graduating from college. James has been with A. Pickett Construction Inc. since 1992 and has come up through the ranks to his present position as Vice President of Operations for Pickett Facilities Maintenance. James is a third generation family member in the construction field. He was very instrumental in re-engineering the marketing plan for Pickett Facilities Maintenance. Served as estimator on various construction projects from $10,000 to $3,000,000 before devoting all his time to Pickett Facilities Maintenance. James is chairman of the Eastern Chapter of ABC and is a member of the American Society of Professional Estimators. James is very active in the community and is chairman of the annual Golf Tournament with the proceeds going to various charities.

Candy is a highly motivated customer service specialist providing outstanding service to our clients. Her goal is to solve our customers problems and to be sure all work is completed in a timely fashion. She is the direct point of contact between our clients and our operations.

Neil is a recent addition to the facilities maintenance team. With an education in architecture, kitchen/bath and physical security design, his experience includes Vice President, Mark G. Anderson Consultants, Washington D.C. With an emphasis in commercial/retail and government facility design and maintenance, he has brought a wealth of knowledge, insight, and energy to the Pickett Facility Maintenance family.
